It aligned their internal team, elevated their voice in the market, and laid the foundation for future growth rooted in regenerative design, community resilience, and cultural stewardship.

The strategy informed brand-aligned expressions such as a new narrative framework, social content themes, educational activations, and seasonal campaigns. New communication tactics positioned MAPP as both experts and advocates of sustainable design, while elements like uniform styling and website updates strengthened brand cohesion..

Strategic Vision for Regenerative Landscape Architecture in the Caribbean

MAPP, a leading landscape architecture firm in the Dominican Republic, sought to clarify and elevate its brand identity to reflect its regenerative, place-based approach. Despite over a decade of practice and a strong reputation, the firm needed a unified strategy to express its values, align communications, and guide internal and external stakeholders.

We co-developed a brand strategy rooted in MAPP’s mission: to design with the natural beauty of the land while advancing cultural conservation, public health, and local development. This vision was shaped into a clear brand promise and principles that reflect the firm’s regenerative and resilient ethos.

Through a series of discovery sessions, we distilled MAPP’s unique position as experts across scales from intimate gardens to large-scale masterplans. We identified six core client archetypes to guide marketing and service delivery strategies, including residential developers, architects, and public sector partners.
